Peanut's story

One leisurely afternoon in the small rented house, Peanut, the Fox, and Soju decided to make a food tray.

Peanut was drawing and declaring: “I will make a round wooden tray, named it Bánh Dày — symbolizing the sky, because in this house, I am the creator of these kids!”

The Fox was serious, sawing and carving: “As for me, I made a square wooden tray, named it Bánh Chưng — symbolizing the earth, because I belong to the Earth element, sturdy and enduring everything… even Peanut's snoring.”

Hearing that, Soju chuckled: “You two are just saying that for show, but you really don’t know how to make other shapes, right? I made a fish-shaped tray, named it Finny, because I’m a Pisces — born to swim, not to measure square or round.”
