🛒 1. Purchase policy

• Sales channels: Order directly on the website or through Shopee, TikTok Shop…

• Selling price: Includes VAT (if any). Shipping costs will be calculated separately.

• Order confirmation: Orders will only be confirmed after receiving a successful email/SMS notification.

• Processing time: 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

🚚 2. Delivery policy

• Scope: Nationwide delivery.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Inner city Da Nang: 1–2 days (express support available).

  • Other provinces: 3–7 working days.

• Important note: Customers are kindly requested to thoroughly check the goods upon receipt. If there are any issues (wrong model, damage), please notify immediately within 48h.

🔄 3. Return policy

• Return period: 15 days from the date of receipt.

• Applicable conditions:

  • The product is intact, unused, and still has the original label/box.

  • There is a purchase invoice included.

• Cases not applicable:

  • Used products or damaged due to customer error.

  • Discounted products, promotional items, or custom orders.

💸 4. Refund Policy

• Refund time: 7–14 working days after confirming the eligible order.

• Method: Refund through the original payment method.

• When exchanging goods: The difference (if any) will be paid additionally or refunded.

• Cash on delivery (COD).

• Bank transfer.

• E-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay, Viettel Money…).

• Domestic ATM card, Credit/Debit (Visa, MasterCard, JCB).
