Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy – Peanut’s Woodworks

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, intact, with original packaging and labels, and accompanied by a purchase invoice.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used, damaged, or customer-caused defects

• Discounted, promotional, or custom-made items

After confirming eligibility, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
